I’m a former 10 mile a day runner. At that level of output, I was destined to break down and I eventually did. I could no longer run and I looked for years for a substitute. While I can now work out on and elliptical, I still desire to work out for at least an hour per day. My flat feet wouldn’t even allow me to work out on a conventional weight bearing elliptical for an hour. A trainer recommended your xR6 seated elliptical. What an amazing machine! I can workout for 90 minutes if I desire with no pain from impact. Additionally, I get a great upper body workout. My weight is rapidly dropping down to my 60- to 70-mile a week body weight. However, now I have a far stronger upper body and no nagging aches and pains that go along with running such long distances. Thanks for inventing this machine!
